We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you of the new incoming EEP S&EA donor the UK Department for International Development (DFID) who have approved £27.6 Million in support of the EEP Programme. Important Dates: Announcement of the Fourth Call for Proposals (CFP4): 23 December 2011 Means of Submission: All applications should be submitted via emails only. Deadline for Submission of proposals: Strictly Monday 16 January 2012 at 13h00 South African time. An application form is available for download and filling in and submission. It is also very important to familiarize yourself with all the changes in the application requirements by reading the Call for Proposals Application Guidelines document first before proceeding to complete the form. The maximum grant allocated to a project will be €200 000 and all applicants are required to provide some level of own contribution. Please check the Guidelines for more details on this. To be eligible, your project should be implemented in one or more of the partner countries which are Botswana, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania and Zambia.
