Update on Department’s Mpumalanga Office SAMRAD application system

Members of the public are advised that the Department’s Mpumalanga Regional Office’s SAMRAD application system has been reopened with effect from today, 5 August 2019.

The online application system SAMRAD is open for the lodgment of all applications i.e. new applications for prospecting rights, mining permits and mining rights, applications for consent in terms of section 102 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (MPRDA); renewal applications for prospecting rights, mining permits and mining rights, applications for the graduation of prospecting rights to mining rights as well as for transfer/cession of interest in rights.

The online application system can be accessed on:  http://portal.samradonline.co.za

The regional office is located at Saveways Crescent Centre, Mandela Drive, Emalahleni, 1035.
