The Department of Mineral Resources and Energy will host the 2020 Youth in Mining Webinar to discuss the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the youth within the mining and minerals sector.
Youth in mining have a role to play in ensuring that the country can move forward with transformation and a competitive sector, whereby the two are inter-dependent and complement each. The Department supports and implements programmes aimed at improving the knowledge of young people about developments within the country’s mining and minerals sector.
