Mineral Resources Minister Honourable Mosebenzi Zwane (MP) will deliver his annual Budget Vote Speech in Parliament on Tuesday 16th May 2017. The budget vote is an opportunity for the Executive Authority to account on how the budget allocation for the 2017/18 financial year will be utilised. The Minister will have an embargoed media briefing preceding the tabling of the budget vote.
