Mineral Resources Deputy Minister, Mr Godfrey Oliphant, MP, will on Monday, 08 May 2017 officially handover the Bophelong Stimulation Centre in Balfour. This is a project aimed at cultivating access for quality care of children with special needs in the Balfour area.

The Deputy Minister will be joined by South Africa region’s Vice President of Corporate Affairs Dr Patience Mpofu.
