The Minister of Mineral Resources, Mr Gwede Mantashe will tomorrow deliver a keynote address at the official opening of the Dr Lelau Mohuba Training Centre at the Nokeng Fluorspar Mine. The Centre which is aimed at providing students with practical skills and development is as a result of the Nokeng Mine's Social and Labour Plan (SLP) required by the Minerals and Petroleum Resource Development Act (MPRDA) prior to the granting of a mining right
